Service covers the mechanics of running a table: the timing, the sequence, and the accuracy that should look the same at every table in all Red Rock locations.
Hospitality picks up where the mechanics leave off, and deals with the difference between a visit that went correctly and one a guest actually tells someone about afterward.
Management is about running a shift, holding a standard when the room is full, and making the calls that keep a night from getting away from you.
Leadership is about developing the people who will be running their own shifts before long.
If you are not sure where to start, start with Service, because nearly everything else here assumes those standards are already second nature.
